This is old News and relates to the first stage of development, we have upgraded and added a new and improved bidding system and some old content will have less relevance.
Well, what can I say, a few days ago I was looking to get things rolling for March but that required a lot of effort and activity, traveling the breadth of the UK collecting tool lots for the auction.
Boris Johnson last night announced that we must lockdown in the UK until mid-February, we all know this will likely be a much longer time frame.
This has well and truly stifled our plans to launch our antique tool auction in March.
I have to be positive about this and I suppose what it does do is give me more time to improve things regarding the content, whilst also fine-tuning things to ensure a better experience for members.
It also has to be said it helps reduce the risks of transmission to ourselves and those we would have met on our travels. Safety of course has to be prioritised and we will adhere to all the rules the UK government recommends and implements.
Whatever happens, we will continue our drive to bring back the antique tool auctions to this domain safely from the confines of our office.
