Our website is under constant development to improve the auction system and there will be changes between auctions so it’s always best to clear your data.

Q: I can’t access some of the member’s pages, forums, etc.
A: This is something we are aware of, that is affecting a small number of members and it will be fully addressed after the first auction. Unfortunately, we didn’t get time to solve the issue fully but did partially solve the problem so these members could bid.
Q: Why haven’t the auctions started at the same time:
A: There is a gap of 1 minute between each auction starting so they don’t all close at the same time and can run the full 72 hrs (3days)
Q: What’s the difference between pending auctions and Live auctions?
A: https://www.antiquetools.co.uk/preview-auctions-and-live-auctions-tutorial/
Q: How do I upgrade and downgrade or cancel my account?
A: Go To – MyAccount Page – Side tab click Members Account – Click subscriptions – Change Plan or Cancel
Q: Antique Tools Auction Catalogues loading slowly:
A: This may be for a couple of reasons but will usually load if the user refreshes the page (f5 key).
If you are on this page it’s likely you haven’t found the answer to your question so please get in contact by sending us an email, this can be found on our contact page.
I will set up a support forum for members so others can gain instant access to the solution if they have the same question.
