There are no charges for collection. Please collect within 7 days of the auction ending, also call to arrange a day.
We will post out daily following each auction however please allow 3-7 working days for delivery in the UK and 10-14 days for overseas orders from your dispatch date. Whilst we hope all orders are delivered promptly we do have to rely on third-party couriers and customers should be understanding that delivery times are beyond our control.
All postage costs will include parcel tracking, note that we will find the best shipping option and prices for you via a courier comparison website we have used for many years now. Buyer’s should be aware we will act in their interest keeping postage charges to a minimum.
UK Customers: There is a minimum charge of £6.95 for any single item listed on the website and for combined postage the website charges £15.00 from multiple purchases up to 15 kilos in weight. Additional charges for shipping insurance may depend on the value of the shipment, a PayPal invoice will be sent if needed before dispatch.
Overseas Customers: All items have been given an individual packed weight when listed on the website, this is calculated at the checkout automatically and does not account for combined purchases. This may result in overcharging if more than one item is ordered, however, when your order is packed, weighed, and measured, we find you the best rates available for a tracked insured service and refund back any overpayments made as soon as the parcel is booked in for collection. We also send you the receipt for the postage so you can see the price paid is the price charged.
Overseas buyers should be aware that the initial cost for shipping is always more expensive for the first item, it doesn’t seem to matter how small the item is, the courier will still charge a basic handling or starting rate to ship the first item. The cost for shipping is much better when multiple items are combined in one parcel, the website charges a maximum price of £35.00 for a box (for many countries – see below) weighing up to 15 kilos. Any overpayment is refunded to the buyer but also please be aware the parcel value can add to the costs to cover insurance.

Canada, Australia USA, and Hong Kong courier prices do vary according to locations, etc. but generally, the best service is needed to ensure an express service which limits many problems.
