Lot 277 – In our September 2021 auction is a desirable antique Edward Preston No: 2500P hand router plane complete with 2 irons and in good used condition. The plane would have been nickel coated but like so many Preston tools this hasn’t stood the test of time and only small areas or parts still have this intact. Otherwise, a very good plane that is regarded as the hardest to find in complete condition. As for an estimate its very hard to predict as these are now fetching ever higher prices which are rising sharply. Est: £500 – 1000
