Lot No: 29 in our September 2021 auction is a near mint vintage Record Calvert Stevens CS88 smoothing plane in presentation box and lightly used condition. These are a heavier construction with upgraded parts which was the primary reason for the premium plane market. With a Norris style adjuster renowned for its adjustment accuracy.
